Thomas W. Cummings, OD
Dr. Thomas Cummings was born in Florida, but grew up most of his life in New York State. After graduating as the salutatorian of his high school class, he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Biochemistry summa cum laude from Eisenhower College in Seneca Falls, NY. He received his Doctorate of Optometry from the Ohio State University College of Optometry, following which he completed a one-year fellowship in Ocular Disease Evaluation and Treatment at Capital Eye Consultants in Fairfax, Va.
Dr. Cummings started his private practice in Woodland Park in 1993. He enjoys specialty contact lens fitting, ocular disease management, and refractive surgery comanagement in addition to primary care optometry.
His wife, Ann, is a teacher in the Woodland Park School District. He has a daughter, Maureen, and a son, Sam.

Pierre Anctil, OD
Dr. Anctil has been practicing in Colorado since his graduation from optometry school in 1982. He spent four years as chief of optometry services at Peterson Air Force Base. After separating from the service in 1986, he established private practices in Woodland Park and Colorado Springs.
His undergraduate degree was received Magna Cum Laude in biology from Stonehill College in N. Easton, MA., 1978
He is a past president of the Colorado Optometric Association and served a five year term on the Board of Trustees.
Experienced in laser vision correction evaluation and care, contact lenses, eye diseases and general practice.
Interests include alpine skiing, mountain biking, and climbing 14ers.

Diane Jubala
I was born and raised in Illinois and attended Prairie State College in Homewood, Illinois. My husband Dan and I moved to Colorado in 1975 and we have two daughters. I am the office manager for Woodland Vision Source, and have worked for the doctors since 1990. I received my CPO (certified paraoptometric) certification in 2001. I love Colorado and working with the people of Teller county and surrounding communities.

Candy Comer
I have lived in Divide since 2000 with my husband Timm and two daughters. We moved to Colorado from Idaho, but are originally from South Dakota. I have worked in Insurance Billing for 6 years, and truly enjoy the patients and staff at Woodland Vision Source.
